Kuakata Beach
Kuakata Beach
Kuakata is a
panaromic sea seashore on the southernmost tip of Bangladesh. Located in the
Patuakhali area, Kuakata has a large sandy beach starting where one can see
both the sunup and sunset. It is on 320 Kilometers south of Dhaka, the capital,
and about 70 Kilometers from the ward command center. The Kuakata beach is 30
km lengthy and 6 km wide. On the eastern end of the coast is Gongamati held in
reserve jungle, an evergreen mangrove forest and morsel of the inventive
Kuakata. When the Rakhines advanced in the part in 1784, Kuakata was part of
the superior Sundarbans jungle. Yet, the Sundarbans is now at a distance of
one-hour by momentum boat. As a mangrove forest, Gongamati, like the
Sundarbans, offer some safety adjacent to tidal surges, yet it too is being vulnerable
by taking down and deforestation. The best way to make the forest is by end or
bike along the beach, where a assemble of flag flying fishing boats can be seen
trawling the coast. Choosing to visit Gangamati in the tardy daylight is a wonderful
time to look at the sun caste shadows on the figurative out mangrove roots.
